Many Anglers continued to have luck with Largemouth and Smallmouth bass this past week. Hawk's Nest has shown more activity toward the back of the cove. If fishing this area, use Nightcrawlers or plastic worms at about 20-30 feet. A drop shot set up should be used for Nightcrawlers and a Wacky Rig set up should be used with Plastics. The Striped Bass have been hitting well at the end of the Dam. Many Fishermen have been having luck with Swimbait lures in the early morning between 6:15 am and 10:30 am.

Striped Bass have also been active off of the shoreline to the right of the Main Launch Ramp during the same hours. The Lake was stocked with 1000 lbs of Trout on 2/27/18 Fishermen have been catching the Trout by using Yellow Powerbait in the marina.
