Had the bass up and flopping, big ones were a bit challenging to get from the weeds. Our 10 folks managed a couple of nice ones and a passel of releasers before we headed for a few rock fish. Before we left the weeds I launched a Big Hammer weedless bait on Cory Sanden's Trokar Kelptrick back on top of the thicket and got exploded on, FUN!

Final score was 3 keepers, 29 released including 3 sandies, 38 cods, mostly steamer reds with a few bigger browns, for our 8 first timers and two experienced anglers. We all had a blast with the many porpoise on the way out and in too.

We are 3/4 day fishing Monday-Wednesday next week, but if you want to get in on some calico action book a spot on the Stardust for their 1/2 day trips Monday-Wednesday. Call the Sea Landing 805-963-3564 or book from our website.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (805) 963-3564 to get in on the action
