Happy Labor Day! The water temperature is 78 degrees, water level is up... Next Stock of Catfish will be September 1411, 2018, 400 pounds...Striper: Medium Action: Stripers have picked up lately catching these beauties over at the inlet/dam area, using cut mackerels, shad and chicken livers. Blue GM: Medium Action: There has been reports of Bluegills across from the Marina using meal worms, red worms, and night crawlers. Catfish: High Action: This week there has been plenty of cats being caught over at Ramp 2, coves and Catfish Alley, hitting on chicken livers, mackerels, and anchovies. Last Stock of Catfish was August 31st, 2018, 400 pounds. Large Mouth: Medium to Slow Action: The largemouth bass are over on the North Shore and across from the Marina, night crawlers seem to working best. Trout: No Action... Trout Plants should be starting in the next few months. Carp: Medium Action: Any kind of bait will do, a fun way to teach the kiddos how to fish!
