Over the past week, people have been catching both stripers and bass from shore and throughout the lake in various spots. Stripers have been boiling throughout the marina, Yellowbar, and Spanish Point and have been biting both reaction baits and frozen baits. Top water baits have been working well in the morning for both species and also common baits like Sardines, Lug Worms, and Chicken Liver for stripers throughout the day. Bass have been biting reaction baits but plastic setups have been working well throughout the coves and along the shoreline.
