Bass action kicked up a notch by the end of the week, as the adult silversides finally have showed up in numbers on the surface. The evening bite Sunday evening was almost as good as it gets for the handful of anglers on the water. Most guys reported as many as 20 fish each in the last couple of hours drop shotting Robo worms. The reaction bite was on as well, as small swim baits, and rip baits were also readily gobbled up. The panfish bite stayed the same, hand size bluegill available in the backs of coves, with the occasional red ear coming in as well. Split shotting red worms, and pieces of nightcrawler getting most of the bites. There was a rumor of somebody catching a pair of 151b. blue cats, but nothing was confirmed at the concession.
