Good afternoon everybody heading in from a 1/2 day trip. We had beautiful hot weather all day and despite a very slow morning not catching much on the surface, the current picked up in the afternoon and we ended up having an extremely fun afternoon bite. So we had a couple dozen short barracuda and manage to get 16 keepers. We had 30 short sand bass and manage to get 11 keepers 127 whitefish. To say the least the afternoon was very productive in a very short amount of time. We saw today a lot more fish then we caught, half days are fun.
