Anglers are making fish at 6-8 feet this week, bait fish and sport fish. This is good news being the first time all winter some movement is being found towards the surface. Senko’s, grubs, and split Rapala lures all caught bass this week between 4 and 6 pounds. Crappie are moving up a bit too biting around 10 feet still liking light colored jigs. No sign of bluegill or redear at this time. The shore line is completely free of weeds making for great trolling. Bass love those rocky cliff drop off’s so search for similar landmarks. Catfish are very deep close to 60 feet near the dam we have been told.
