Lake Conditions: Surface temp.55.0 and 49.7 @ 20 ft. Water Visibility: Is still clearing to 3' to 5'

Trout: Despite the elements again this week anglers were pulling in some nice trout. Jim Rice started the week with a 10 lb. 2 oz lunker. Jennifer Frazier-Smith, pictured above from La Mesa captured her 8 lb 14 oz 'bow trolling near the dam. The trio of Jim and Ryan White with Steve Clark, in photo #1 each limited. Notable amongst the three were a 4 lb 14 oz by Jim and a 4 lb 10 oz by Steve. The common thread here is green or rainbow Powerbait in or around Paradise cove while other fishermen worked Pumphouse cove for their limits.

Bass: No action on Bass reported this week.


Carp: Still splashing, they like corn and corn meal balls.

Blue Gill: No action on the Blue Gill here lately.

Crappie: No sign of Crappie this time of year.

Catfish: Nothing reported this week.
