Bass fishing was fair last week, the morning bite being the best. Look for schooling fish on the bank in toll road, aqueduct, and Barona arms of the lake. Flukes, poppers, frogs and small swimbaits all produced last week. Most of the schoolies have been in the 2lb. and 3lb. range. Bluegill still coming in cuts, and coves, although they have been only about a quarter pound average. Red worms, and mealworms have been working for the panfish. Catfish went unreported to the concession.
