Due to maintenance Lake Poway Concessions will close at 2 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays during the month of October. This means there will be no boat rentals or fishing permit sales after 2 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays in October. Please come to Lake Poway early to purchase your boat rentals and fishing permits. Thank you.

Catfish are still being caught, including a big 6 pounder caught by Benjamin on Sunday. He was fishing the Log Boom with his family using special stink bait. For boaters the best spot is still tying up to the Log Boom and people fishing from the shore have been having the most success at Boulder Bay.
