The Twins have also had some mixed reports with some anglers reporting a few nice fish here and there while some are reporting struggling to get anything. It seems that early in the morning and late in the evening are the best times to fish, either casting lures or bait from the shore or trolling spoons and Rapalas from boats. We haven’t talked to any fly anglers lately but I would thing that stripping buggers with sinking lines should produce some fish up there as well
