We only had a few reports from Kirman this week, it's very unusual but it seems like the anglers casting lures or flies from the shore are actually doing better than the float tube anglers. Not sure why this seems to be the case but that's what we're hearing. Fly anglers are using leech patterns like simi seal leeches, seal buggers and mini leeches with soft hackle and ap emerger droppers, lure anglers are using kastmasters, thomas bouyants and rooster tails. The anglers that have had the most success have been getting into 2 to 4 fish for a half day, mostly cutthroat.
