Today we worked up the coast and fished somewhat close to port, also a tip from a local angler. It paid off big time! It was a steady pick on 2 to 4 pound vermilion Rockfish. With a few dandy size chuckleheads mixed in.  Limits by 11:30 AM forced us to look offshore for something larger and more elusive, to no evail we called it a day and headed back to the barn by 2 PM.
