Heading in from a 3/4 day trip. The weather was nice all day. We did get a little breeze in the afternoon and very happy we did it was getting HOT. 

We left the dock with  a very lite load of anglers and decided to stay local. We had a very slow morning. We started out deep saw fish But could not fish properly. We went in shallow for a little bit and then we went back out deep and finished our day. We ended up catching a lot of nice reds a few chucks and a hand full of rockfish. Most of our fish came up on squid and live bait, a few came up on the jig. 

Our 8 anglers caught 68 reds, 12 rockfish, 1 sand bass
