Fish were biting and being caught all around the lake this week! Rainbow Trout are being a little elusive this week but are still showing up around the dam. They are down about 35 feet and seem to love our garlic nightcrawlers & Panther Martins. Crappie are up closer to the surface and are hitting well this week. The are usually hiding out around the reeds. Large and Small Mouth Bass were really active this week. Trolling toward the east and near the Dam seemed to be the best places. Catfish finally are active again and being caught near the dam and the coves around the Marina. Mackerel has been a popular choice. Bluegill are finally starting to show up around the dam. They are around 1.5 pounds!! We are at 37% capacity here at the lake with about 125 feet of water at Bradbury Dam. The wind has been very good to us and hasn't caused any problems fishing! Check out 805webcam for: weather conditions and scenic views.
