It has been another great week for anglers at Pyramid Lake, catching multiple species from shore and thought the lake. Bass are bedding all over can can be caught within the first 15 feet off the banks and points of coves on soft plastic baits and swimbaits, just make sure to handle each fish carefully during this time of year! Tons of stripers have been caught on a variety of baits mainly along the rip rap in front of the boat shop and along the channel up front by the entrance booth. Night crawlers, lugworms, sardines, and chick liver have been working the best for both stripers and catfish form shore bait and wait style. Some of the larger catfish have been caught across the lake along the sandy banks and down deep in the coves also bait and wait style.
