Stripers have been seen anywhere up to 100 feet deep throughout the lake during the heat of day and have been caught with spoons, sardines, anchovies and even nightcrawlers. Both largemouth and smallmouth have also been biting very well thought the day on soft plastics along the shorelines of the lake. Lots of trout have also been caught from the channel up front over the past few days down deep off different baits such as powerbait, meal worms, and mice tails.
