At Alamo Lake (report courtesy of Alamo Lake State Park Manager Drew Collett, 6/8/23), the bass fishing is currently good and most fish are being caught on spinner baits and lipless cranks, or drop shotting a Baby Brush Hog or worms in pumpkin or motor oil with red, silver, or blue specks. Channel catfish are being caught with nightcrawlers and dough bait rigged with a bobber or just off the bottom of the lake. Crappie fishing has been a mixed bag. The...... Read More
