We headed across to Santa Rosa island this morning with a nice weather forecast. We fished in a little shallower zone today and had very good success right away. We found nice reds and coppers and lots of nice lingcod throughout the day. There were tons of big copper doubles and single big reds that our passengers were stoked about.

Fishing was fairly steady all day with our one slow period around noon but it didn't last long and we soon found a spot that produced steady numbers on rockfish and lingcod where we topped off our limits and called it a day.

For our 16 anglers we ended up with 50 reds, 70 coppers with 40 assorted rockfish, 2 ocean whitefish and 32 lingcod. The stardust still has room on tomorrow's 3/4 day trip. The Coral Sea is 1/2 day fishing as well. Please feel free to book spots now for upcoming trips on our website or call the Sea landing at 805-963-3564.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (805) 963-3564 to get in on the action
