Steady scratch fishing today for us folks.  We headed up the line this morning with 23 anglers on board in hopes of dodging the weather on the outside.

We started our day in the deeper water 280-310 feet and had decent success on nice grade Reds for our fist couple stops.  Our conditions were nice however we had some substantial tangles which led to us heading in a little shallower.  It took a while to find an area that wanted to cooperate however we were able to consistently pick away at the rockfish.  Our last 2 or 3 spots were the best by far and we were able to top off the bags for everyone on board and headed for home.

Our 23 anglers ended the day with 184 Reds, 46 mixed rockfish and 1 Lingcod.

The Coral Sea is full for tomorrows 3/4 Day trip and has light loads on there 3/4 Day trips Monday -Wednesday while the Stardust will be 1/2 Day fishing Monday- Wednesday with spots available.  Please call Sea Landing at 805 963-3564 for reservations or visit our website to book online.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (805) 963-3564 to get in on the action
