Stripers Being Caught in Large Amounts

The striper are being caught off the dock in large amounts. Average size is 2-4 pounds. They are also out in the coves off the channel. Largemouth bass are being caught in Miller Canyon with lures and plastic worms averaging 3-6 pounds. Catfish are also being caught in Miller Canyon and at the dock with nightcrawler and chicken livers average size is 4-8 pounds.

Fishing has been good this week even with the weather we had reports of trout being caught in the coves off the channel. Striper as well in the coves and out at the dam and dock with sardines. Bass are still biting in Miller Canyon with cut mackerel. Trout are still biting in Cleghorn and off the dock with green Power Bait.
