No trout this past week. Sorry folks it is unclear as when DFG will be planting due to rumors of non disclosure through the upper brass within the DFG. Largemouth Bass have been making a fair to moderate showing on plastics in "Shallower Water" all over the lake with an average fish to 2 pounds. Not great numbers, but none the less a fair bite for those putting in the time to search. Some Largemouth Bass reported on spinner baits but most fish caught were taken with plastics in a variety of shapes, colors and sizes. Striper action has frustrated many with an on and off again bite both on cut baits, swim baits and top water lures. Some reports say double digits are coming from the west ramp areas, but that is unconfirmed. Most fish seen and talked about form reliable sources say striper for them have averaged 1 to 6 pounds and most released to fight another day. No Trout action this week as the last plants fish have moved out. Nothing reported on Pan fish but a few cats have been caught both in the lower and upper lakes.
