Striped Bass: Boils are still being reported. Most anglers have been having more success by cut baits. Some fish are being taken on top water lures as well. The dam and inlet have been locations.

Bluegill: Bluegill has picked up this. Most effective baits are worms, mealworms and crickets. Across from the marina.

Catfish:Another solid week of cat fishing. Large numbers of quality fish are being reported on just about all bait types throughout the lake. Near launch ramp 2 is always best!

Largemouth Bass: Largemouth bass bite has picked up. Real and artifical worms ahem been working well. There is quite a lot fo baitfish in the water so another good tactic would be to use top water lures.

Trout: No action.

Carp: No action to be reported.

Another excellent bait is a whole mealworm or piece of nightcrawler.  Catfish: Use chicken liver or other cut bait near the inlet if you have access or the same baits all over the Ramp 2 area. It is...... Read More
