Striped Bass: The stripers bite has picked up a bit, best bite is still early morning hours middle of the lake and across the marina.

Bluegill: High action for bluegill using mealworms or crickets. Mini jigs tipped with worms or crickets still working well. Also a small bb split shot and wait for the strike on the fall!

Catfish: catfish is still very slow this past week. The lake’s water level is low. Use chicken liver, mackerel or anchoives for best results.

Largemouth Bass: Largemouth bass has remained steady using roboworms.

Trout: Last trout stocks were December 7th and December 20th, 2021.

Striped Bass: Medium action for these beauties. If you prefer to target this species we would suggest using deeper diving hard baits or even trolling throughout the middle fo the lake in hopes to connect to one of these usually ferocious fish. Bluegill: Medium action, one of the best bites at the lake this past week. Very possible to break wide open in the right spot fishing with mealworms or crickets.
