There has been a lot of striper and trout in the Marian area and Miller Canyon on the shore between the docks. Striper are biting on garlic nightcrawlers, mackerel and anchovies, trout are biting on Powerbait dough and small worms. There was a largemouth caught off the dock about 4 pounds on lures.

This was a very good week for trout. Many trout were caught out in Miller Canyon and Cleghorn. Green powerbait has been working well for them. Stripers are biting off the dock and at the dam on mackerel and anything garlic nightcrawlers are working well also. Catfish are still being caught out on dough baits and chicken livers. ...... Trout are biting! Miller Canyon and Cleghorn have been very productive for trout. Fishermen are catching their limits in short amounts of time. They have been biting on Powerbaits and nightcrawlers.
