Beautiful weather today for our 27 anglers, two of which were Copes staff for the first of several Copes Tackle and Rod private charters this season. As usual Copes put on a great trip, giving out gift cards to all the anglers and raffling off a new Okuma PCH rod to their lucky winner. Fishing did as fishing does in Jurassic Park and everyone on the boat cranked up big old bags of rockfish. Boat limits of reds with sacks finished off primarily with chilipeppers, but other notable catches were several large canaries, bobos and big old Boscos
