Saturday Fishing Report: Ricky’s Birthday Bash at Jurassic Park

Ricky Robles and the PMAF crew celebrated in style this Saturday, putting a serious hurt on everything swimming in the legendary "Jurassic Park" grounds. The weather was absolutely phenomenal, providing glass-out conditions for a heavy-hitting day on the water.

The lingcod were out in force, with several hefty fish hitting the deck. The hot ticket of the day was the 9" grub from Drop ’Em Baits rigged on a 4oz bullet head—a combination the big lings simply couldn't resist.

Aside from the toothy critters, it was a total sack-stacker for the rest of the reef species. The crew boxed up full limits of quality reds along with a massive assortment of big, "old school" rockfish. Between the birthday celebrations and the non-stop action, it was a trip for the books.
