Fish for free for the famous "Nebraska Tailwalkers." The event is from 9 am to Noon and includes a hot dog lunch while they last! Come out and join us for this family event. The free fishing is for youth age 15 and under - and fishing licenses are not required for that age group. Anglers age 16 and 17 are welcome, but must possess a valid fishing license required by the Department of Fish and Game. Registration begins at 8:45 am on the day of the event, fishing begins at 9 am. Register on site, no pre registration accepted. The event is free, but Lake Casitas Recreation Area vehicle entry fees apply. Walk in and bicycles enter for free.
