The California Department of Fish and Game stocked Brite Lake with 500 pounds of 15 to 17 inch trout on March 1. Fishing has been good to excellent with most people catching their limit. Green, pink and peach colored Power Bait has been working well.

Brite Lake was stocked with another 300 pounds of trout. Fishing has been good to excellent with some fisherman catching their limit within an hour. Average size of the fish have been 15 to 18 inches in length and weighing approximately 3 pounds. California Department of Fish and Game is checking for valid fishing licenses.
