Casting spoons and ice jigs are the hot ticket right now with many fishermen having luck by C- point and Necktie Canyon around 60-80 feet. The Tazmanian Devil lures are also working great for the striped bass by S.S Ski Cove. Largemouth are still biting on bloodworms and nightcrawlers off the shoreline and around Sharon's Rest.

The Upper lake was stocked last week, 1-28. Anglers are catching decent sized Stripers off of the Dam on small to medium sized swimbaits. Largemouth are biting well off of the shore on worms and crankbaits. Elsewhere on the lake the bait bite still continues to be good down the Ski Arm. Bass: Excellent Avg. Largemouth have been biting off of the shoreline and in Hawk's Nest on blodworms, roboworms, and nightcrawlers. Crankbaits have also been working for both largemouth and Stripers.
