We had a lots of fish this week reported, many fisherman are using boats around the island where plenty of blue gill have been caught, some trout have been caught on the shorelines, bass on the south end of the lake, catfish have not been reported this week carp and crappie have been spotted in marina area.

Bass: Good Avg. Size: 3LB
Bluegill: Excellent Avg. Size:1.5
Carp: Good Avg. Size: 1
Crappie: Good Avg. Size: 1
Trout: Good Avg. Size: 2.0

Lake PerrisBass action remained fair this week, with Zane Greig of Lake Matthews pulling in 10.6 bernasconi, with plastic worms. A few trout have been pulled form the Marina. The red ear bite has been at lots 5-6 and 11-12. The bluegill remains fantastic, with most fish being small to medium, several large fish have been taken from the Marina too. Lake PerrisBass bite still good at Lots 5, 11 and 12. Travis Sublett of Moreno Valley landed a 5.4 pounds at Lot 5 with Night crawlers. Crappie bite is best, off the east side of the island with Crappie jigs with nibbles. The Bluegill bite has been fantastic this week in the Marina with Crickets and Meal worms.
