Cachuma Lake - Santa Barbara, CA (Santa Barbara County)

by Cachuma Lake Staff

The bass bite is excellent all around the lake, on and off the shore. Those willing to share said they used Robo worms and mondo worms. A sunfish was caught just past the buoys. A catfish was caught on magic bait close to the dam. The trout continue to be a challenge with only a few being caught since the lake turned over. We’re still love 70 % water capacity, well above the spillway. No trout plants are on the schedule.
