Striped Bass : The striper bite has maintained at a decent rate. Cut bait such as chicken liver down near the dam or inlet is absolutely your best bet. If you prefer to fish artificial lures, try trolling throughout the lake.

Blue Gills : Still an awesome bite happening throughout the lake! Oddly enough fish can even be taken on liver at the inlet although for best results stop and grab crickets to tip a minijig! Mealworms can also be extremely effective.

Catfish : A bit slower still the past week. For your best chance use mackerel or chicken liver on the bottom.

Largemouth Bass : Water level is nearing the low 60’s so be on the lookout for shallow water fish. Many anglers have reported very aggressive males ready to smash a variety of lures in the shallow water.

Trout : Next stock day will be March 4th 2020 . Come out as soon as possible after the stock and throw your favorite mini jig or color of powerbait!

Carp : No action to be reported!
