Fish are biting all around Arrow Head Island large and smallmouth bass, crappie and catfish were reported caught.

Crappie were caught on a crappie spinner jig, flicker shad and mealworms. Catfish were caught on night crawlers. Largemouth and smallmouth bass were caught on inflated night crawlers and crank bait. A largemouth bass was caught in the middle of the lake floating a night crawlers. Two catfish were reported caught on a trout lure on the back side of Arrow Head Island.

The bait shop hours are 6am to 7pm 7 days a week.   Largemouth and smallmouth bass continue to be reported, they are being caught all over the lake. As of June 26, the lake capacity was 78.5 %. Largemouth and smallmouth bass content to be reported caught all over the lake. There were 6 bass that were caught on zoom bait near the island, Santa Cruz Point and the Cliffs, one weighted in at 5.5 pounds.
