Striped Bass: Fishing report similar to last week, however the striper bite has picked up a bit. Best bite is still early morning hours throughout the lake.

Bluegills: High Action for bluegill using mealworms and crickets. Mini jigs tipped with worms or crickets. Also, use a small bb split shot and wait for the strike on the fall!

Catfish: Catfish is still very slow this past week. The lakes water is very low. Use chicken liver, mackerel or anchovies for best results.

Largemouth Bass: Largemouth Bass have picked up a bit. Some anglers have reported a pretty decent bite again throughout the lake using roboworms.

Trout: Last trout socks were December 8th & 14th.

Striped Bass: Medium action on these beauties. If you prefer to target this species we would suggest using deeper diving hard baits or even trolling throughout the lake in hopes to connect to one of these usually ferocious fish. Striped Bass: The cut bait/ liver bite has seen a small uptick this week. Some private batters have reported a decent hard bait bite in the channel that runs across the point near the marina down to the East End. Bluegill: Medium action for bluegill using mealworms or crickets. A mini jig tipped with some meat can be an extremely productive method.
