After trout were planted last Tuesday, anglers have been catching trout off various lures like kastmasters, spinners and mice tails throughout the marina and first couple coves fo the lake.

Stripers have also been biting consistently along the shorelines on cut baits and lugworms, bait and wait style either along the canal by the entrance booth or off of the points past the swim beach. The rip rap in front of the boat shop has also been a good place to get bit either from stripers or trout throughout the day. Bass have also been mixed in the bunch over the past week biting more soft plastic setups like drop shots or senkos. Anglers have also had luck using various swim baits along steeper walls and off pants to come across the occcasional aggressive bass.

With the colder weather and cooler water conditions, bass have been biting more consistently on various soft plastic baits throughout the day as to hard baits like before. Over the past week, anglers have been trolling the lake and jigging with spoons on the steeper walls during the colder weather conditions to catch stripers throughout the day.
