Anglers have still been catching trout throughout the day along the rip rap in front of the boat shop and stripers as well on various cut baits. Mice tails, powerbaits, and different styles of small spinning lures have been working well for the trout around the marina and first few coves while mackerel and anchovies have been consistent for stripers from the shoreline. Some people have also has luck trolling the lake with umbrella rigs or heavy kastmasters to find the stripers on the move or even spooning out in deeper water by Chumash Island during the colder weather.

Bass have slowed down a bit on ration baits but are still biting on various soft plastic setups such as crew baits, robot-worms, jigs and senkos off steeper walls and points throughout the lake.
