We just got stocked toady on 3/8/21 with 800 pounds of trout. The trout bite has improved with so many recent trout plants. Powerbait and nightcrawlers have been the go-to bait. Sierra slammers and Kastmasters have also been working for some. The swimbait bite has been a little on the slow side as fo late, but there has been more action lately and angler shave been having some luck on soft baits and glide baits.

The largemouth and smallmouth bite has started to improve as well, with more bass being seen up shallow. Plastics and nightcralwers have been working best for most anglers, and a few reaction baits have been catching fish too.

The bluegill and crappie are biting, but down deep off small jigs and wax/meal worms.

The catfish bite remains slow with the best bait being mackerel or anchovies

Some angels trolling flues have also been producing some decent quality fish. Largemouth and smallmouth are still biting, but most catcher...... Read More
