The fish are biting here at Lake Perris. The bass, bluegill and redear are biting. They love the crickets, night crawlers and mealworms. They are mostly being caught out by the Island and Marina. The trout are biting also but not as good as the bass, bluegill and redear.

These are the following fish reports.:

Bass: Excellent with an Average size of 1 lb.
Bluegill: Excellent with an Average size of 1/2 lb.
Carp: Good with an Average size of 1 lb.
Catfish: Good with an Average size of 1 lb.
Crappie: Good with an Average size of 1/2 lb.
Redear: Excellent with an Average size of 1 lb.
Trout: Good with an Average size of 1/2 lb.

Bluegill and Bass are the fish to be caught here at Lake Perris Marina. Over the island is also a hot spot when you are don a boat fishing. The fish want the nightcrawlers or crickets.
