Fishing at Lake Perris has been good this past week. The panfish and bass are really biting. Panfish and bass are biting nightcrawlers. Bluegill are biting over by the island like crazy. The Bluegill are biting crickets and super meal worms. Fishing out Lake Perris is fun and relaxing.

These are the following fish ratings:

Bass: Excellent with an Average size of 3 lb.
Bluegill: Good with an Average size of 1/2 lb.
Carp: Good with an Average size of 1 1/2 lb.
Catfish: Excellent with an Average size of 4 lb.
Crappie: Good with an Average size of 1/2 lb.
Redear: Good with an Average size of 1/2 lb.
Trout: Good with an Average size of 1/2 lb.

Bass fishing is awesome here at Lake Perris right now. The bass is biting on crank bait and night crawlers. The bluegill and redear are starting to bite real good. Bass and Bluegill are biting at the Marina in the later evening the best and over by the island. The catfish are also biting. The bass, bluegill and catfish love night crawlers, crickets, bright colored power bait and plastic worms. The catfish are also starting to bite on Mackerels.
