Lake Isabella: The Catfish bite remains excellent
Kern River: Fishing has been excellent up here
Lake Kaweah: Reports of bass showing in shallow water
Lake Success: Bass anglers continue to report improving fishing

Ming Lake: The Bass action started to improve this week
Buena Vista Lakes: There was a trout plant last week and fishing has been great!
Hart Park Lake: It looks like bass fishing is picking up at Hart Park
Truxtun Lake: Anglers used Texas rigs, jigs, and Senkos to fool bass up to five pounds
Lake Nacimiento: Nacimiento Lake held near 29 percent of capacity

Pyramid Lake, CA: Striper remained consistent for bait anglers
Lake Isabella: The trout plant a week ago has improved the action here
Kern River: The Upper Kern trout fishing remains one of the best bets
Lake Kaweah: Most of the fish remained deep
Lake Success: Fishing improved along with last week’s trout plant
River Walk Lakes: The trout bite has remained steady
Ming Lake: Crappie have been best in the late afternoon
Buena Vista Lakes: Anglers are waiting for a second trout plant
Hart Park Lake: Fishing was fair at Hart Park with few reports
Truxtun Lake: Bass fishing has been decent for the few anglers hitting the lake
Lake Nacimiento: The lake remained at 29 percent of capacity, and the water conditions have improved
