We’re currently in surface fishing mode, but the weekend proved to be a bit challenging for us. To ensure everyone had a chance to take some fish home, we switched gears and fished for rockfish. We’re still seeing promising signs of yellowtail, but hooking them has been tough lately due to the current conditions. 

We have full day trips departing daily to Catalina Island from 5 AM to 5 PM from Long Beach sportfishing. Additionally, don’t miss our twilight trips every Friday through Sunday night! These trips have yielded fantastic fishing for sand bass, with every passenger limiting out on each outing.
