This past week was another good one for fishing, Anglers had lots luck on Striper boils around S.S Ski and C-point on Flukes, Spooks, and Jerk Baits. Boils have been continuing throughout the day as well. The Largemouth bite was good as well with Nightcrawlers and Crank Baits producing the most bites. Hotspots for the Bass include The Point and Firebreak. Lastly, the catfish were hitting nicely around Kong Island and the buoy line on Mackerel and sardines. The water level is currently at 1408'.

Bass: Excellent
Avg. Size: 4 lbs

Bluegill: Fair
Avg. Size: 1 lb

Catfish: Good
Avg. Size: 6lbs

Carp: Poor
Crappie: Poor
Redear: Poor
Trout: Poor

Striper action is still holding up here at the upper lake with boils popping up in the marina, off of the dam, and by Old S.S Any top water baits such as Flukes, Spooks, and Crank Baits are still the best choice to cast out.
