The fishing is pretty good. The trout are biting the best near the dam. The hot spots are the marina shore and in lots 5,12, and 11. The white and rainbow powerbait, night crawlers, and trout are worms are what they bite on the most.
The bluegill and red ear are still popping up. Mostly near the pier with meal worms, crickets and some night crawlers.
There are reports of catfish being caught but we have not actually seen any.
Are large fish this week are a 6.9 pound large mouth caught near the dam on swim bait, and a 2.13 pound crappie off the dock using red and white jig.
