Fishing at Castaic is picking up.The largemouth bass are biting good. Most bass are being caught on plastic and nightcrawlers in 5 to 20 ft deep.The bass are hitting lures in the,morning. There have been a few boils in the morning with stripers and largemouth bass.The striper fishing is starting to pick up, more fish are being caught lately on nightcrawlers and lugworms. The catfish have been biting good on mackereland nightcrawlers.

Water Temperature: 67 Degrees

Bass: Good
Catfish: Good

Fishing at Castaic is picking up.There has been some good striper fishing the last couple days. Most of the stripers are being caught on nightcrawlers and lug worms.Catfish bite has been good with a few double digit fish this week.Most catfish are being caught on nightcrawlers and mackerel.
