Fishing at Castaic is picking up.The largemouth bass are biting goodMost bass are being caught on plastiw and nightcrawlers in 5 to 20 ft deep. The bass are hitting lures in the morning.There have been a few boils in the morning with stripers and largemouth bass.The striper fishing is starting to pick up more fish are being caught lately on nightcrawlers and lugworms.The catfish have been biting good on mackerel and nightcrawlers. Big carp have been spawning in the back of fish arm and some fisherman are catching on doe bait.
