Bass fishing remained good this week with the largest a 4.2 being reported at lots 11-12 with swimbaits. Good at lots 11 and 12 using night crawlers.

Notables
George Flevotomos caught 2 bass using swimbait basstrix at lots 11 and 12. Robert Walker from Moreno Valley, CA caught LMB using night crawlers at the Marina. Phil Bott caught a limit of trout at lots 11 and 12 using night crawlers.

Bass fishing became even better this week with some bass being reported caught along the shallows in the afternoon. Large baits still the best for bass at the Marina, sail cove, and back side of the island. Trout remain the same, being caught off of worms and powerbait at lots 11 and 12, lot 5 and marina. The fishing has been very good at Lake Perris. On February 6th Joel Taylor caught two bass. One at 7.12 and another at 10.15. He caught them over near the Ranger Tower using a swimbait with a BBZ. Also on February 9th, Robert Levers caught a 7 pound bass on the backside of the Island using a jointed repala. On February 10th, Tim Witt caught a 3 pound trout using a castmaster at lot 5.......
