NO MORE TROUT THIS SEASON. NO SHAD AT THE SURFACE YET. LMB again this week have been taking smaller plastics along with a few jerk and crankbits. Greens, naturals and some darker colors have been reported to be doing best on points in the morning and deeper water late morning and late afternoon hours. Striper action picked up again for anglers throwing out lots of bait and holding onto buckets of patience. Linesidews to 9 pounds taken for few with an average of 3 to 5 pounds being put into bags. A few cats reported early in the morning but not to much action the rest of the day. The lagoon has pushed a few LMB in tyhe near double digits range out for a couple of lucky anglers tubing first thing in the morning. Average LMB in the lagoon have been reported in the 1-3 pound class. A small blue gil bite surface this past week with fish in the hand size class reported.

NO MORE TROUT THIS SEASON: This past week has proven to be a good week for anglers throwing smallish green plastics, smaller spinner baits and some crank and jerks balts for LMB. Most LMB are in the 2-4 pound class but afew reports of larger fish to 12 pounds were taken. NO MORE TROUT THIS SEASON. LMB are once again the dominating species this week. Most anglers reporting fish in 10 to 15 feet in the morning and the deeper in the mid day hours and taking plastics from 3 to 4 inches is various colors.
