Over the past week, most stripers that have been reported have been caught on sardines along the rip rap in front of the bait shop, the canal along the entrance by the Kiosk and fish cleaning station bass have been caught throughout the coves and shoreline on the lake on various baits depending on conditions. Anglers have reported top water bites early morning and soft plastics baits such as senkos or roboworms throughout the day to fish deeper along the drop odds and rock points.

Catfish have still been biting pretty consistently throughout the lake mainly on deeper water in coved and around the island. A few have been pulled out from the canal up front by the kiosk but more luck has come from around the lake.
